Q: Is there a shipping charge?
A. Shipping costs will be added in the form after checkout.
All shipments are sent via Swedish post via parcel post with tracking. Shipping costs will be added in the form after checkout. Tracked shipping costs 120 Swedish kronor, or approximately 2000 yen at the current exchange rate as of November 2025. Shipping is a flat rate for up to three CDs.
After shipping, the product will usually arrive in Japan within 8-12 business days, but this may vary depending on the shipping situation.
For pre-ordered items, we will ship the items in order from the estimated shipping date listed on the product page. Please note that the items will not be shipped from the date of pre-order.
Q. Are taxes charged? (For those ordering from Japan)
Products ordered from our store are shipped online from Sweden, making them "personal imports" or "overseas mail order." You are the importer. Import duties are 0% (tax-free). However, if the total product price is approximately 16,600 yen or more, Japanese consumption tax (10%) will be levied. If consumption tax or customs duties are incurred, they will be borne by the importer (customer).
Q. Can I return products?
A. We do not accept returns unless the product is clearly defective. Returns due to customer convenience will be at the customer's expense. If the product is defective, we will cover the cost, so please contact us via the inquiry form. Returns are accepted only within 7 days of receiving the product. We will refund the purchase price within 30 days of receiving the product. Please note that the customer is responsible for shipping costs for returns and bank fees for refunds. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges for products that have been used. We take great care in packaging, but please understand that slight damage to the packaging may occur during shipping.
Q.Can I use a credit card?
A. Payment methods are credit card, PayPal, Apply Pay, and Google Pay. Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the customer.
